Duck Summer Rolls with Dippers

Ingredients
Filling
- 600g Duck | Breast Roasted | Sliced
- 50ml MAGGI Legendary BBQ Sauce
- 1 Packet Rice Paper Sheets (tapioca or rice)
- 100ml MAGGI Hoisin Sauce
- 1 Cucumber | Cut Into batons
- 6 Shallots | Cut In 5cm batons
Sauce
- 50ml MAGGI Legendary BBQ Sauce
- 50ml MAGGI Korean BBQ Sauce
Preparation

1Set your oven to 200ºC

2Seal the duck in a frying pan & glaze with MAGGI Legendary BBQ Sauce.

3Cook for 6 minutes or until medium-well. Let it rest.

4Moisten rice paper sheets.

5Spread MAGGI Hoisin Sauce.

6Top with duck, shallot & cucumber.

7Roll & serve on a platter.

8Mix MAGGI Legendary BBQ Sauce with MAGGI Korean BBQ Sauce and serve as the dipper.
