Brulee Tarts With Irish Cream Recipe
Brulee tarts are a classic favourite, but what about with Irish cream? Add a twist to this commonly-enjoyed dessert by adding Irish cream made with Irish cream liqueur. Besides the Irish cream and NESTLÉ Docello® Crème Brulee Dessert Mix, other ingredients to make a delicious brulee tart include NESTLÉ Docello® Snowcap White Compound Chocolate, milk, caster sugar, shortbread shells and blackberries for decoration. Be mindful that although these ingredients are gluten free, the finished tarts may not be suitable for a gluten free diet.

- 60 units of RB Baked 40mm Gluten Free Chocolate Shortbread Shells
- 260g NESTLÉ Docello® Crème Brulee Dessert Mix
- 200g NESTLÉ Docello® Snowcap White Compound Chocolate
- 500ml Cream
- 500ml Milk
- 100ml Irish Cream liqueur
- Caster Sugar (to brulee)
- 1 x punnet Blackberries
- Chocolate Garnish
Preparation

1Mix milk and cream in pan and bring to boil.

2Remove from heat and whisk in NESTLÉ Docello® Crème Brulee Dessert Mix.

3Pour in Irish Cream, add NESTLÉ Docello® Snowcap White Compound Chocolate and mix.

4Pour into RB Baked 40mm Gluten Free Chocolate Shortbread Shells.

5Allow to set.

6Brulee before serving and garnish with blackberry and chocolate.
