Easter Egg Hunt Chocolate Fondants
Soft centered deliciousness, a winner for Easter menus
Ingredients
- Oil spray
- 2 tbsp NESTLÉ Baking Cocoa
- 200g NESTLÉ Royal Kibble Dark Couverture Chocolate 15kg x 1
- 250g unsalted butter, chopped
- 4 eggs
- 75g caster sugar
- 20g plain flour
- 24 small solid white chocolate Easter eggs, unwrapped
Preparation

1Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan forced.

2Grease eight 125mL capacity ramekins, dust with NESTLÉ Baking Cocoa, shake off any excess.

3Combine NESTLÉ Royal Kibble Dark Couverture Chocolate and butter melt over bain-marie.

4Whip the eggs and sugar to a sabayon, until pale and creamy, gently fold in the chocolate mixture and fold in flour.

5Divide mixture among prepared ramekins, push three Easter eggs into each ramekin, ensuring that the chocolate mixture covers each egg. Bake 12 minutes. Serve Immediately.
