Healthy Dark Chocolate & Cranberry Granola Bar Recipe
A healthier indulgence – perfect partner for your favourite coffee. Total time 30 minutes + 2 hours setting time Makes 10 slices cut at 4.5cm x 7cm
Ingredients
- UNCLE TOBY Oats Grams 45
- Puffed rice Grams 25
- UNCLE TOBY Oats (blitzed to powder) Grams 25
- Desiccated coconut Grams 15
- Cranberries (roughly chopped) Grams 20
- NESTLÉ Continental Bitter Kibble Dark Couverture Chocolate (roughly chopped) Grams 25
- Linseed Grams 20
- Pumpkin seeds Grams 20
- Sea salt Grams 0.2
- Coconut oil Millilitres 35
- Honey Grams 50
- Extra NESTLÉ Continental Bitter Kibble Dark Couverture Chocolate (to finish) Grams 25
Preparation

1Preheat oven to 165˚c.

2Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl. In a saucepan warm up coconut oil and honey (40˚c).

3Pour the warm mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until evenly combined. Press and compact mix with a crank handle spatula into a sprayed 5x24x14cm rectangle frame.

4Bake for 8-15 minutes until the top of the granola bar is lightly browned.

5Cool completely in refrigerator for 2 hours and then cut with a large serrated knife to serve.

6Drizzle with extra chocolate to finish.
