AERO Dessert Mix

NESTLÉ AERO^® DESSERT MIX

125ml NESTLÉ AERO® DESSERT MIX
250ml Milk | Cold
40 Tart Shells 5cm

TOPPING

200g NESTLÉ Snowcap White Compound Chocolate | Melted
2 Punnets Blueberries
1 Punnet Blackberries | Halved

Preparation

Place the milk & NESTLÉ AERO^® Dessert Mix into a bowl and whisk for 1 minute.

Scrape down the sides and whisk for a further 5 minutes.

Pipe into the tart shell and then smooth off with a pallet knife.

Dip halfway into melted chocolate or top with fruit. Refrigerate before service.
