Ingredients

AERO Dessert Mix
NESTLÉ AERO® DESSERT MIX
  • 125ml NESTLÉ AERO® DESSERT MIX
  • 250ml Milk | Cold
  • 40 Tart Shells 5cm

  • 200g NESTLÉ Snowcap White Compound Chocolate | Melted
  • 2 Punnets Blueberries
  • 1 Punnet Blackberries | Halved

Preparation

    Place the milk & <strong>NESTLÉ AERO<sup>®</sup> Dessert Mix</strong> into a bowl and whisk for 1 minute.

    Scrape down the sides and whisk for a further 5 minutes.

    Pipe into the tart shell and then smooth off with a pallet knife.
  • 4
    Dip halfway into melted chocolate or top with fruit. Refrigerate before service.
