Mini Mediterranian Magic

Ingredients
  • 10g Fresh Oregano
  • 10g Fresh Rosemary
  • 30ml Oil
  • 2kg Lamb Shoulder | Makes 1.6kg Shredded
Marinade
  • 50ml MAGGI Legendary BBQ Sauce
  • 2g Pepper
  • 100g MAGGI Gravy Ready To Use
Cucumber Sauce
  • 100g Cucumber| Grated | Squeezed Dry
  • ½ bunch Italian Parsley | Picked
  • 100g Greek Natural Yoghurt
  • ½ Dill Sprigs
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 5g MAGGI Chicken Flavoured Booster
  • Lemon Zest
  • Pepper
Assemble
  • 10 Burger Buns | Sliders
Preparation

    Set your oven at 150˚C & rub the lamb with oregano, rosemary & olive oil.

    In a roasting pan, sear the lamb & coat with MAGGI Legendary BBQ Sauce & pepper.

    Wrap the lamb in baking paper within a pot & roast low & slow for 3 to 4 hours.

    Rest the lamb for 30 minutes & shred.

    Moisten lamb with MAGGI Ready to Use Gravy & set it aside.

    In a bowl, mix cucumber, parsley, yogurt, dill, MAGGI Chicken Flavoured Booster, zest & pepper.

    Fill the slider bun with the lamb mixture & cucumber sauce. Assemble & serve.
