As cold coffee and unique beverage flavours continue their rise in popularity amongst young Aussies aged 18-24, adding trendy drink options to your menu is key to keeping your customers coming back for more. From creamy cold foam to refreshing fruity smoothies, check out these five easy iced beverage recipes for inspiration. 

Recipes are based on a 12oz serve (350ml).

1. Strawberry Cold Foam
Iced Coffee

Top your classic iced long black off with a foamy fruity twist!

Ingredients:

Iced Long Black

Strawberry Cold Foam 

Method:

  1. In a glass, add ice and water. Topped with freshly brewed espresso.
  2. Add all cold foam ingredients to a pitcher and froth together using a hand-held milk frother.
  3. Pour the Strawberry Cold Foam over the Iced Long Black.
  4. Optional - garnish with fresh strawberry or freeze dried strawberry powder. Stir, sip and enjoy!

2. Tropical Mango Coconut Smoothie

Keep your customers refreshed with this mango coconut smoothie.

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and garnish with coconut.

3. Iced MILO® Latte

Combine two iconic Aussie favourites, MILO® and NESCAFÉ Blend 43 in this easy to prep iced latte.

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. In a glass add hot water, MILO® and NESCAFÉ Blend 43. Stir to combine.
  2. Stir in NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk, based on sweetness preference (optional).
  3. Add ice and top with milk. Stir, sip and enjoy! (garnish with 1 tbsp Milo (optional)

4. Malted Peanut Butter Coffee Milkshake
