Recipes are based on a 12oz serve (350ml).
1. Strawberry Cold Foam
Iced Coffee
Top your classic iced long black off with a foamy fruity twist!
Ingredients:
Iced Long Black
- 60ml espresso, freshly brewed with BUONDI Complex Soul Roasted Coffee Beans
- 100ml filtered water
- 1 cup Ice
Strawberry Cold Foam
- 1 tbsp NESTLÉ DOCELLO Strawberry Flavour Mousse Mix
- 90ml milk
- ½ tsp freeze dried strawberry powder
Method:
- In a glass, add ice and water. Topped with freshly brewed espresso.
- Add all cold foam ingredients to a pitcher and froth together using a hand-held milk frother.
- Pour the Strawberry Cold Foam over the Iced Long Black.
- Optional - garnish with fresh strawberry or freeze dried strawberry powder. Stir, sip and enjoy!

2. Tropical Mango Coconut Smoothie
Keep your customers refreshed with this mango coconut smoothie.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1.5 tbsp MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 tbsp toasted shredded coconut (optional)
Method:
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and garnish with coconut.

3. Iced MILO® Latte
Combine two iconic Aussie favourites, MILO® and NESCAFÉ Blend 43 in this easy to prep iced latte.
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp MILO®
- 200ml cup cold milk of choice
- 2 tsp NESCAFÉ Blend 43*
- 1 tbsp NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk (optional)
- 1 cup ice
- 2 tbsp water
Method:
- In a glass add hot water, MILO® and NESCAFÉ Blend 43. Stir to combine.
- Stir in NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk, based on sweetness preference (optional).
- Add ice and top with milk. Stir, sip and enjoy! (garnish with 1 tbsp Milo (optional)

4. Iced Raspberry Ripple Shake

Ingredients:
- 200ml skim milk
- 30g Nestlé MILKYBAR® Dessert Mix
- 25g ice cream
- 25g raspberry coulis
- 15g whipped cream
- 30g fresh raspberries
- 10g Nestlé MILKYBAR® Block
Method:
- In a blender, combine skim milk, ice cream and Nestlé MILKYBAR® Dessert Mix, until smooth.
- Place a spoonful of raspberry coulis in the base of the glass, pour in milkshake mix and top with cream and pieces of MILKYBAR® Block.

Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp NESTLÉ Malted Milk Drink

- 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 cup ice
Method:
