Italian Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1.25kg beef mince
- 1 medium onions, chopped finely
- 150g baby spinach leaves, chopped finely
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 20g gluten free breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 40g Parmesan cheese, finely grated
- 10g MAGGI Classic Beef Flavoured Booster Gluten Free
- 40ml olive oil
- 750g canned chopped tomatoes
- 100ml red wine
- 30g MAGGI Classic Gluten Free Rich Gravy Mix
- 15g fresh basil leaves, chiffonade
Preparation

1Combine mince, onion, spinach, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan and MAGGI Beef Booster in a large bowl. Mix well and form into 20 meatballs.

2Heat oil in fry pan; cook meat balls until browned lightly; remove from pan. Add combined tomatoes, red wine and MAGGI Gravy Mix; bring to the boil. Return the meatballs to pan; reduce heat and simmer covered for 10 minutes. Serve topped with basil leaves.
