Four Seasons Pizza

Ingredients
Poolish Dough
- 2.5gm yeast
- 1kg 00 flour
- 3gm salt
- 40ml extra virgin olive oil
- 550 to 600ml water
- 20g semolina for lining base of dough
BASE SAUCE
- 250ml MAGGI Legendary BBQ Sauce
- 250ml BUITONI Sugo per Pasta
Vegetarian lover’s Topping
- 100gm Sliced mushrooms
- 70gm Olives
- 70gm Artichoke ¼
- 70gm Fresh tomato
- 300g Mozzarella
Preparation

1In a large bowl place, the flour, yeast & salt, pour in the water & oil, mix until developed, cover & rest the dough overnight.

2Set oven to elements & fan, pre-heat to 220⁰C.

3Mix the MAGGI Legendary BBQ Sauce with BUITONI Sugo per Pasta, set aside.

4Take the risen dough out of the bowl, divide into 4, place the dough on a floured bench.

5With oiled hands, stretch the dough out into a rectangle or rounds shape, place it on the mat of semolina, keeping the outside crust 1 cm thick & the centre ½ cm thick.

6Spread the sauce all over the base, visually divide the dough into 4 and top each ¼ with the toppings.

7Bake until golden, 12 to 15 minutes, cut and serve.
