Ingredients
Poolish Dough
  • 2.5gm yeast
  • 1kg 00 flour
  • 3gm salt
  • 40ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 550 to 600ml water
  • 20g semolina for lining base of dough
BASE SAUCE
  • 250ml MAGGI Legendary BBQ Sauce
  • 250ml BUITONI Sugo per Pasta
Vegetarian lover’s Topping
  • 100gm Sliced mushrooms
  • 70gm Olives
  • 70gm Artichoke ¼
  • 70gm Fresh tomato
  • 300g Mozzarella

    In a large bowl place, the flour, yeast & salt, pour in the water & oil, mix until developed, cover & rest the dough overnight.

    Set oven to elements & fan, pre-heat to 220⁰C.

    Mix the MAGGI Legendary BBQ Sauce with BUITONI Sugo per Pasta, set aside.

    Take the risen dough out of the bowl, divide into 4, place the dough on a floured bench.

    With oiled hands, stretch the dough out into a rectangle or rounds shape, place it on the mat of semolina, keeping the outside crust 1 cm thick & the centre ½ cm thick.

    Spread the sauce all over the base, visually divide the dough into 4 and top each ¼ with the toppings.

    Bake until golden, 12 to 15 minutes, cut and serve.
