Chocolate Mint Semifreddo made with Nestlé AERO® Dessert Mix
Impress your diners with a Chocolate Mint Semifreddo made with Nestlé AERO® Dessert Mix. The cool and refreshing mint flavour combined with the richness of chocolate makes for a perfect dessert for your menu.
Ingredients
- 500ml Iced Skim Milk (<4c)
- 250g Nestlé AERO® Dessert Mix
- 150g AERO® Peppermint Block | Chopped
- 1 bunch Mint
Preparation

1Combine the skim milk and Nestlé AERO® Dessert Mix into a large bowl.

2Use balloon whisk attachment & mix on medium for 1 minute or until mixture is fully combined. Scrape sides and resume mixing on high for a further 6 minutes.

3Place in a freezer overnight.

4Scoop frozen mixture into a glass and top with chopped AERO® Peppermint and fresh mint.
