A beautiful traditional Italian dessert with a fruit garnish. Using our NESTLÉ DOCELLO Panna Cotta Dessert Mix this recipe is quick to prepare and creates and smooth, creamy any quality dessert for customers
Ingredients
  • 150 grams of NESTLÉ DOCELLO Panna Cotta Dessert Mix
  • 500 mL of cream
  • 500 mL of milk
  • Garnish of fig & blueberries
Preparation

    Mix the necessary amount of milk and cream in pan. Bring to boil while stirring
  • 2
    Remove from heat. Whiskl in required NESTLÉ DOCELLO Panna Cotta Dessert Mix until fully combined (approx 1 minute)

    Pour into individual serving dishes
  • 4
    Chill until set. 1 hour minimum
  • 5
    Once set, top with garnish
