3 EASY STEPS TO PRODUCE THE PERFECT CRÈME PÂTISSIÈRE FILLING. Alternately, to make a light and creamy filling, perfect for piping into premade cannoli, tartlet shells or chocolate shells fold in freshly whipped cream* (200g cream to 680g of finished product). Refrigerate for 20 min prior to pipping 1. Add Crème Pâtissière Mix to required volume of cold water. 2.Whip in mixer for 1 minute at low speed. Let stand for 3 minutes. 3.Mix again for 1 minute at high speed. *Once filling is mixed with cream or similar it ceases to be low fat in composition.
