What exactly is caffeine?

It keeps you awake when you need that extra focus at work, and prevents the onset of any tiredness, but what is it? and where do you find?

Coffee is widely known for its caffeine, a mild stimulant. Caffeine is found naturally in around 60 plant species such as:

• cocoa beans
• kola nuts
• tea leaves
• coffee beans

It is also added as an ingredient to popular soft drinks and energy drinks.
