A: You need to step outside of your comfort zone and challenge yourself.

A: I’ve got a passion for growing my own herbs and edible flowers like violas, snapdragons, marigolds; I use them on a daily basis.

A: Spatula for sure, it’s a total all-rounder!

A: Don’t be afraid to talk to your customers, build a relationship with them and get out of the kitchen to meet them.
