Signature Red Wine Gravy has never been so easy!

Simply add 90 grams of CHEF Red & Port Wine Reduction Paste per 2L of Gravy.  

Ingredients:

200g MAGGI Rich Gravy Mix
2L water
90g CHEF Red & Port Wine Reduction

Method: 

  1. Combine gravy mix with half of the water and stir until free from lumps
  2. Stir in remaining water and bring to the boil, stirring constantly. Turn down heat to simmer.
  3. Add CHEF Red & Port Wine Reduction Paste and cook out for 4-5 minutes.
