Thai Fish Curry

40mLOlive Oil 
250grMAGGI Taste of Asia Green Curry Paste 
500grMAGGI Coconut Milk Powder 
1tspMAGGI Maridor Seafood Seasoning 
150mLBoiling Water 
60mLLime Juice 
80grBrown Sugar 
50mLMAGGI Fish Sauce 
1.25kgWhite Fish FilletsDiced
500grGreen BeansTrimmed



1. Heat oil; add MAGGI TASTE OF ASIA Green Curry Paste, cook 2-3 minutes or until fragrant.

2. Combine MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder and water in a separate bowl, whisk until smooth; add to pan with curry paste.

3. Combine MAGGI Maridor Seafood Seasoning with the boiling water; add to pan and bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 2-3 mins.

4. Add lime juice, brown sugar and MAGGI Fish Sauce. Add fish and green beans and gently cook for 4 minutes.
