Sauté onion, capsicums, garlic, ginger, cinnamon and star anise and cook for 5 mins.
Toss beef in cornflour and add to onion mix and cook to seal
Add MAGGI TASTE OF ASIA Teriyaki Sauce, MAGGI TASTE OF ASIA Hoisin Sauce, MAGGI TASTE OF ASIA Sweet Chilli Sauce and water and simmer covered for 2 ½ -3 hours until beef is tender. Taste and adjust the seasoning and sweetness.
Serve the braised beef with spring onion and peanuts
