Satay Chicken Stir-Fry

240gMAGGI TASTE OF ASIA Satay SauceMarinade
4 GingerChopped
2 Long red chilliesCrushed
1 Red capsicumSliced
2BunchesBaby bok choySliced
2 Spring onionsSliced
100gBean sprouts 
150gMAGGI TASTE OF ASIA Satay SauceTo be added into the stir-fry
2tspMAGGI Seasoning 
  Jasmine riceCooked



  1. Cut chicken into strips and marinate in the MAGGI TASTE OF ASIA Satay Sauce for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat a wok or large frying pan and sauté the chicken over a low to medium heat until lightly brown and cooked. Transfer onto a plate and set aside.
  3. Stir fry ginger, garlic, chillies and capsicum for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add baby bok choy and stir fry for a further 2 minutes. Then add bean sprouts, spring onions and chicken.
  5. Add MAGGI TASTE OF ASIA Satay Sauce and MAGGI Seasoning and toss.
  6. Serve immediately with Jasmine rice.
