Mix the MAGGI Rich gravy Mix as per the pack instructions. Bring to boil, turn down heat to simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Add the CHEF Red and Port Wine Reduction, simmer until desired consistency is reached. Set aside and keep warm.
Place the washed potatoes into a saucepan and bring to boil, turn the heat down and simmer for 10 minutes. Drain and allow to cool until they can be handled.
Carefully peel the potatoes and grate them into a bowl. Season with salt and smoked paprika, mix well. Arrange into 10 even cakes and shape with a palate knife.
Heat some olive oil in a frying pan and cook them on a moderate heat on both sides until golden brown.
Season and grill or pan fry the pork on both sides.
Serve the pork with the potato rosti and a green seasonal vegetable. Pour over the red wine sauce.
