MAGGI Gluten Free Sweetcorn & Chicken Flavoured Soup Mix
|25||g||root ginger||fine dice and blanched|
|160||g||sweetcorn canned or frozen|
|100||g||shitake mushrooms||sliced and pan fried|
|110||g||chicken||cooked and shredded|
|2||green shallots||finely sliced|
- In a saucepan, mix 200mL of water with soup mix to form a slurry.
- Add the remaining water and blanched ginger and stir. Turn on heat and bring to the boil, stirring constantly.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Add the sweetcorn, shitake mushrooms, soy sauce and chicken.
- Re-heat, add the shallots and serve.
Suggestion: Garnish pan-fried shiitake, finely sliced shallots and red chilli.
