- Pre heat oven to 190 °c.
- Combine all ingredients into mixing bowl, in the above order.
- Mix on low speed for 1 minute.
- Mix on medium - high speed for 5 minutes.
- Pour mixture into cupcake shells and bake 12 minutes or until they spring back to touch.
- Allow to cool.
Decorate with Chantilly Cream or Chocolate
Ganache and dust with Chocolate Powder
