MAGGI Golden Roast Gravy Grain Mustard and Herb sauce

Serves 10


    56g MAGGI Golden Roast Gravy Mix

    568ml water

    50g grain mustard

    1 tablespoon chopped mixed herbs


    Mix the MAGGI Golden Roast Gravy Mix into half the water. Whisk well and add the rest of the water. Bring to boil and turn the heat down to simmer for 2-3 minutes.


    Remove from the heat and whisk in the grain mustard and add the chopped herbs.

    Chef tips

    • A perfect accompanying sauce that works equally for roasted white meats and red alike.
    • Herbs to use could be flat parsley, tarragon, chervil and chives.
    • Do not boil the mustard as it may turn bitter.
