Mix the MAGGI Chicken Gravy Mix into half the water and whisk well. Add the rest of the water and whisk. Add the garlic and the 2 sprigs chopped rosemary and bring to boil. Turn the heat down to simmer and cook for 3 minutes. Add the cream and simmer for a further minute.
Strain into a clean saucepan. Add the sprig of chopped rosemary leaves and serve.
