Granola slice

  • 550ml NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk 
  • 140g MAGGI Premium Coconut Milk Powder 
  • 475g UNCLE TOBYS Rolled Oats
  • 230g NESTLÉ DOCELLO Morsels
  • 200g raisins
  • 120g coconut, desiccated 


  1. Gently heat NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk in a saucepan. Whisk in MAGGI Premium Coconut Milk Powder until lump free.
  2. Place UNCLE TOBYS Rolled Oats, NESTLÉ DOCELLO Morsels, raisins and desiccated coconut into a bowl, mix to combine. Pour over the warmed milk and mix well. Press into a lined baking tray.
  3. Bake at 180C for 20 -25 minutes until golden.  Allow to cool before cutting.

Chef tip

Try a drizzle of melted chocolate over baked slice before portioning.
