Fudge Sauce

    Ingredients & Method

    100mlThickened cream 
    40mlBrewed espresso or liqueur 
    200gNESTLÉ RoyalFinely chopped


    1 | Pour the cream and coffee or liqueur into a heatproof bowl and place over saucepan of simmering water until hot.

    2 | Remove from the heat and add the NESTLÉ Royal. Stir until melted and smooth.

    Makes 11/4 cups

    CHEF'S TIP: Sauce will keep 10 days in an airtight container in the fridge.
