|40||ml||Brewed espresso or liqueur|
|200||g||NESTLÉ Royal||Finely chopped|
1 | Pour the cream and coffee or liqueur into a heatproof bowl and place over saucepan of simmering water until hot.
2 | Remove from the heat and add the NESTLÉ Royal. Stir until melted and smooth.

CHEF'S TIP: Sauce will keep 10 days in an airtight container in the fridge.
