Fried Cauliflowers Bites

Serves 20 bites


    • 2 eggs
    • 260ml milk
    • 120g plain flour
    • Pinch salt
    • 100g plain flour
    • 1 large Cauliflower
    • 50ml MAGGI Hot Sauce


    1. Pre heat deep fryer on 180c
    2. Prepare the batter by beating the egg in a bowl. Add the milk and whisk in the flour, mix well until smooth. Add the salt.
    3. Cut the cauliflower into even sized florets. Lightly dust in flour and then dip into the batter and deep fry until golden brown.
    4. Drain on kitchen paper and put into a clean bowl. Drizzle with MAGGI Hot Sauce and toss to coat.
    5. Serve immediately.
