Pork Fillet with Sweet Potato, Caramelised Pears and Pickled Onion Red Wine Sauce

For Stewed Fruit
1. Bring milk and SUNSHINE Full Cream Milk Powder to the boil. Add UNCLE TOBYS Traditional Oats and whisk/stir regularly for 25 mins until the oats are cooked.
2. Meanwhile, combine fruit and sugar together and gently cook with lid on for 25-30 minutes.
3. Fold NESTLÉ Reduced Fat Cream through the cooked porridge and serve topped with stewed fruit.
