1. Combine MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder and water; whisk until smooth.
2. Blend coconut milk, bananas, lemon juice, pineapple juice, yoghurt, ice cream and rum. Cover and refrigerate 2-3 hours or until chilled.
3. Divide mixture among chilled martini glasses; garnish with shredded mint leaves and toasted almond flakes.
