    Fresh Fruit

    1. Strawberries
    2. Blueberries
    3. Raspberries
    4. Figs



    Crème Patissiere

    1. Melt chocolate in microwave. In a stand mixer (or hand mixer), whip the milk and NESTLÉ Docello® Crème Patissiere mix together for 1 minute.
    2. Add in the melted chocolate and whisk until all combined.
    3. Weigh out 32g per tart, place in fridge.

    Garnish with fresh fruit and edible flowers.
