Thai Vegetable & Polenta Bake

|2||L||MAGGI Gluten Free French Onion Soup Mix|
1. Place all ingredients into a gastronorm container and secure with a lid.
2. Cook in a pre-heated oven 150°C for 1 to 1.5 hours until chicken is cooked through.
3. Plate and serve on a bed of rice.
