Veal Steaks with Mushroom Sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in pan, add veal steaks, cook until brown, turning once during cooking.
  2. Place steaks in one layer in 26cm x 32cm baking pan.
  3. Heat extra oil in pan, add vegetables, cook 3 minutes, spoon evenly over veal, sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Place under hot grill until golden.
  4. Heat water in same pan.
  5. Prepare MAGGI Classic of Mushroom soup with wine according to directions, add to water, bring to boil stirring, reduce heat, simmer 3 minutes. Stir in chives, pour over steaks.
  6. Serve sauce over steaks.
