- Heat oil in pan, add veal steaks, cook until brown, turning once during cooking.
- Place steaks in one layer in 26cm x 32cm baking pan.
- Heat extra oil in pan, add vegetables, cook 3 minutes, spoon evenly over veal, sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Place under hot grill until golden.
- Heat water in same pan.
- Prepare MAGGI Classic of Mushroom soup with wine according to directions, add to water, bring to boil stirring, reduce heat, simmer 3 minutes. Stir in chives, pour over steaks.
- Serve sauce over steaks.
