Veal with Creamy Tomato and Mushroom Sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in large pan, brown veal, remove from pan.
  2. Add garlic and mushrooms to pan, cook 1 minute.
  3. Add combined remaining ingredients to pan, bring to boil stirring, return veal to pan, simmer 1 minute.
  4. Serve veal with sauce. If desired, garnish with chopped parsley.
