- Heat oil in large pan, brown veal, remove from pan.
- Add garlic and mushrooms to pan, cook 1 minute.
- Add combined remaining ingredients to pan, bring to boil stirring, return veal to pan, simmer 1 minute.
- Serve veal with sauce. If desired, garnish with chopped parsley.
