Vanilla Panna Cotta with Strawberry Coulis and a Berry Salad

Instructions

  1. NESTLÉ® DOCELLO® PANNA COTTA: Prepare mixture as per instruction on the packaging to make 10 serves; divide mixture among 10 dariole moulds; refrigerate for 3 hours or until set.
  2. STRAWBERRY COULIS: In a small bowl combine strawberry and sugar; refrigerate for 3 hours.
  3. BERRY SALAD: In a medium bowl; combine berries, reserve.
  4. Serve NESTLÉ Docello® Panna Cotta on a plate, drizzle with strawberry coulis and garnish with berry salad. TIP: save time by using pre-made coulis.
