Vanilla Bean & Passionfruit Panna Cotta

Instructions

  1. Cut vanilla pods in half and scrap out beans. 
  2. Mix necessary amount of milk and cream with vanilla beans in pan, bring to the boil whilst stirring. 
  3. Remove from heat. Whisk in required NESTLÉ Docello® Panna Cotta mix until fully combined. (approx. 1 minute). 
  4. Pour into individual dishes to cool. 
  5. Chill until set. 1 hour minimum.

Biscuit crumble

  1. Place Panna Cotta in centre of plate.
  2. Arrange biscuit crumble around Panna Cotta.
  3. Garnish with a tablespoon of passionfruit over Panna Cotta and mint leaves and flowers on crumble
