Tuscan Lamb Shanks

Instructions

  1. Pre heat oven to 200ºC. Heat half the oil in large pan, brown lamb, remove lamb and place in large baking pan.
  2. Heat remaining oil in same pan, add vegetables and garlic, cook 5 minutes. Add combined remaining ingredients; MAGGI Demi-Glace Sauce & BUITONI Sugo per Pasta (Pasta Sauce) except butter beans, bring to boil stirring.
  3. Pour sauce over lamb, cover, bake 30 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 180ºC, bake further 1½ hours, stirring occasionally. Stir in butter beans 15 minutes before end of cooking time.
  4. If desired, serve garnished with parsley.
