- Pre heat oven to 200ºC. Heat half the oil in large pan, brown lamb, remove lamb and place in large baking pan.
- Heat remaining oil in same pan, add vegetables and garlic, cook 5 minutes. Add combined remaining ingredients; MAGGI Demi-Glace Sauce & BUITONI Sugo per Pasta (Pasta Sauce) except butter beans, bring to boil stirring.
- Pour sauce over lamb, cover, bake 30 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 180ºC, bake further 1½ hours, stirring occasionally. Stir in butter beans 15 minutes before end of cooking time.
- If desired, serve garnished with parsley.
