- Heat 1/2 the oil in large pan, brown lamb, remove from pan.
- Heat remaining oil in pan, add garlic, onion, carrot and celery, cook 2 minutes.
- Add combined MAGGI Minestrone Soup Mix, water and BUITONI Tomato Coulis, bring to boil stirring.
- Return meat to pan, reduce heat, simmer uncovered 15 minutes, add butter beans, simmer further 5 minutes.
- If desired, garnish with parsley and serve with crusty bread.
