Tuscan Lamb and Bean Casserole

Instructions

  1. Heat 1/2 the oil in large pan, brown lamb, remove from pan.
  2. Heat remaining oil in pan, add garlic, onion, carrot and celery, cook 2 minutes.
  3. Add combined MAGGI Minestrone Soup Mix, water and BUITONI Tomato Coulis, bring to boil stirring.
  4. Return meat to pan, reduce heat, simmer uncovered 15 minutes, add butter beans, simmer further 5 minutes.
  5. If desired, garnish with parsley and serve with crusty bread.
