Instructions

  1. Heat oil in pan, add onion and capsicum, cook 2 minutes.
  2. Add combined BUITONI Tomato Coulis, MAGGI TASTE OF ASIA Red Curry Paste and MAGGI Fish Sauce.
  3. Bring to boil, add fish, simmer 3-4 minutes until fish is cooked.
  4. Stir in combined MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder, water and coriander.
