300gMAGGI Gluten Free Pumpkin Soup Mix  
1.7LCold Water  
85g

MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder Mix

  
3tspMAGGI TASTE OF ASIA Red Curry Paste  

 

Method

  1. In a saucepan, mix 200mL of water with soup mix to form a slurry.
  2. Turn on heat, add to the remaining water with the Coconut Milk Powder Mix and whisk in the Red Curry Paste, bring to the boil, stirring constantly.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Serve.

Suggestion: Garnish with toasted coconut flakes, pepitas and sea salt flakes.
