Instructions

  1. Trim any excess fat from the chicken and cut into a dice.
  2. Place the oil into a saucepan and heat.
  3. Add the chicken and cook over a high heat to seal.
  4. Add MAGGI Thai Green Curry Recipe Mix & MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder and simmer until the chicken is cooked and sauced is thickened.
  5. Serve with steamed rice.
