Stir Fried Vegetable Noodles, seasoned to taste with Black Garlic

A recipe for infusing your noodle dishes with black garlic flavour

    INGREDIENTS

    • 500g egg noodles 
    • 3 litres water 
    • 100g onion 
    • 100g carrots 
    • 100g spring onions 
    • 150g bok choy 
    • 25g peanut oil 
    • 40g CHEF Black Garlic Paste 
    • 20ml CHEF Vegetable Liquid Concentrate
    • 75g coriander
    • 50g Thai basil
       

    METHOD

    Prep time: 45 minutes. Cooking time: 10 minutes. 

    1. Soak the egg noodles in the water until soft then strain.
    2. Prepare all the vegetables is a size that they all cook evenly and fast 
    3. Stir fry the vegetables in the peanut oil and CHEF Black Garlic Paste.
    4. Add the noodles to the vegetables and season with CHEF Vegetable Liquid Concentrate.
    5. When serving, garnish the dish with the coriander and Thai basil.
       

    CHEF'S TIP

    For better results soak the noodles in cold water over night.
