Method

1. Trim any excess fat from the chicken and cut into a dice.

2. Place the oil into a saucepan and heat. Add the chicken and lightly brown.

3. Add MAGGI Satay Sauce and the rest of the ingredients. Simmer until the chicken is cooked and sauce is thickened.
