Instructions

 

Method (Base)

  1. Combine biscuits and butter in bowl and mix well.
  2. Pour mixture into lined brownie tray and press evenly. Chill.
  3. Prepare the NESTLÉ Docello ® Chocolate Mousse Mix as per pack instructions with milk.
  4. Fold mousse and chocolate. Pour mixture over biscuit base and spread evenly.

 

Method (Ganache)

  1. Heat cream in pan. Remove cream from heat and add chocolate. Mix until combined. Cool.
  2. Pour ganache over mousse and chill to set.
  3. Cut into portions and serve.

 

Serving Suggestion:

Garnish with raspberries and mint leaves.
