Pumpkin, Potato and Zucchini Soup

Instructions

  1. Put the potato, pumpkin, onion, water and MAGGI Classic Chicken Booster in pan. Bring to boil, simmer covered 15-20 minutes until tender.
  2. Puree vegetables and liquid roughly. Stir in pepper, NESTLE CARNATION Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk and zucchini.
  3. Return soup to boil, simmer 1 minute.
  4. If desired, serve soup with crusty bread.
