Pumpkin Broccoli Risotto

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in pan, add garlic and onion, cook 2 minutes, add rice, stir to combine.
  2. Add CARNATION Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk, water, MAGGI Chicken Booster and pumpkin, bring to boil, reduce heat, simmer covered 15 minutes, stir occasionally.
  3. Add broccoli, salt and pepper; simmer covered further 5 minutes.
  4. If desired, serve garnised with roasted pinenuts and grated parmesan cheese.
