Provencal Style Beef Rissoles

Instructions

  1. Combine beef, capsicum, capers, olives, eggs, basil, garlic, breadcrumbs, MAGGI Beef Booster, and salt and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well and separate into 20 equal portions. Shape into 5cm patties.
  2. Cook on a char grill or griddle plate. Cover, keep warm.
  3. To prepare the salsa, cut tomatoes into quarters, remove seeds and dice. Combine in a bowl with olive oil, onion, olives and basil. Season with salt and pepper and spoon over the rissoles to serve or serve separately.
  4. Serving Suggestion: serve with fries if desired.
