500mLcream

Method

  1. Place water, cream and salt in a large saucepan and bring to boil.
  2. Turn off heat and whisk in skimmed milk powder and MAGGI Natural Mashed Potato.
  3. Add butter and gently push down under the surface. Allow to rest for 5 minutes.
  4. Fold in melted butter taking care not to over mix. Serve.

TIP: For an added nutritional boost serve with a knob of butter or grated cheddar cheese
