270gMAGGI Gluten Free Potato & Leek Soup Mix  
1.55LCold Water

Chorizo

Diced 
150gLeeksDiced and blanched 

 

Method

  1. In a saucepan, mix 200mL of water with soup mix to form a slurry. Add the remaining water and stir. Turn on heat and bring to the boil, stirring constantly.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. In a separate pan fry the chorizo. Add to the soup.
  4. Add leeks and garnish with cream. Serve.

Suggestion: Garnish with pan-fried diced chorizo and potato, fresh leek blanched and micro parsley.
