Potato Leek and Ham Soup

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in pan; add leek; cook over low heat 4 minutes. Add bacon and cook for a further 4 minutes.
  2. Add combined water, MAGGI Chicken Booster, cream and potato; bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. Correct the seasoning and stir through parsley.
  3. Serving Suggestion: serve topped with crispy fried bacon and fried leek, if desired.
