Instructions

  1. Soak mushrooms in boiling water for 10 minutes; drain well, reserving the liquid; chop mushrooms finely.
  2. Combine reserved liquid and porcini mushrooms in a pan and reduce over heat until almost evaporated.
  3. Meanwhile, prepare MAGGI Jus Lié and hot water according to directions on pack; add mushroom to MAGGI Jus Lié mix.
  4. Perfect with tenderloin, rib eye steak or grilled meats.
