- Soak mushrooms in boiling water for 10 minutes; drain well, reserving the liquid; chop mushrooms finely.
- Combine reserved liquid and porcini mushrooms in a pan and reduce over heat until almost evaporated.
- Meanwhile, prepare MAGGI Jus Lié and hot water according to directions on pack; add mushroom to MAGGI Jus Lié mix.
- Perfect with tenderloin, rib eye steak or grilled meats.
