Poached Chicken Supreme with Mixed Mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan; cook onions over low heat without colour, add mushrooms; cook 2 minutes.
  2. Add combined white wine, water and MAGGI Chicken Booster, bring to boil. Reduce heat; simmer. Gently add chicken to pan; cover and shallow poach approx 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Remove chicken from pan and keep warm.
  3. Add cream to poaching liquid and reduce until it thickened. Correct seasoning and add chives.
  4. Serving Suggestion: Serve with shoe string fries and a green salad if desired.
